Visited USA last December / January and was in USA for 6 weeks. We had the most wonderful time staying a number of WorldMark hotels. Staff were wonderful and their assistance to us was valuable to the success of our holiday. Thank you WorldMark.
We visited the Grand Canyon just after it snowed and it was amazing. The snow made it extra special and spectacular.

My husband had a birthday in April and said he wanted to have a couple of nights in the city for his present. We are both retired and on a limited budget so I thought why not use the timeshare. We only have 6,000 Credits in Wyndham, so use it for small midweek breaks usually at the end of another holiday.

We live in the outer East of Melbourne so we are familiar with the city. For a couple of months before I kept my eye out for good dinner deals on Groupon and managed one dinner at Docklands and another in South Yarra. Parking would have cost $30 per day and seeing we did not need the car we used the train. We alighted at Flagstaff Station and it was a block and a half to Wyndham Hotel Melbourne (VIC). Note Flagstaff Station is not open at weekends.
We were on the 3rd floor, the floors above 4th are not operated by Wyndham, with the gym and pool facilities being shared with those permanent tenants. Lifts open both ways servicing both lots of tenants.
When considering becoming a new Club member, one of the fantastic benefits I could see was the chance to arrange family holidays at local and exotic locations.
My first holiday with WorldMark was a great family get-together and my choice was Ramada Phillip Island (VIC). With three generations of family in attendance and other family dropping in for day trips, this destination hit all the pluses for a family reunion.

This photo was taken from our balcony at WorldMark Resort Golden Beach in Caloundra, QLD. We were lucky enough to be on the top floor of the resort and our view over the entrance of Pumicestone Passage was sensational. I happened to catch the magnificent sunrise through the clouds with Bribie Island in the foreground.

My wife and I were there for a week, celebrating our 44th wedding anniversary. We joined WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham on our anniversary back in 2001, so it was our 14th anniversary with the Club. Joining WorldMark South Pacific Club is one of the best investments we have ever made. We have had so many excellent holidays over the last 14 years and our stay at Caloundra was no exception. We recently celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary by leaving the 6 children with their Nan, and driving around the South Island of New Zealand for 10 days.
We flew into Christchurch, and then took the Tranz Alpine Express to the West Coast, where we hired a car and made our way down the South Coast, stopping to enjoy the beauty of Franz Josef and Fox Glaciers along the way.
We spent most of our time at Wyndham Wanaka and found the staff there to be very friendly.
My parents and I had a wonderful time recently when we had the opportunity for a 2 week stay at Wyndham Resort & Spa Dunsborough (WA).
We had never been to WA before and we would highly recommend it to all WorldMark Owners! Such a beautiful region of Australia and you truly relax while enjoying the many sites (and wineries lol) in the Margaret River region.

Here’s a photo of our wonderful week staying at Wyndham Seven Mile Beach in Tasmania in Sept/Oct.
We had a wonderful time using the resort as our base and touring around Richmond, Huon Valley, Opossum Bay, Hobart itself, Peppermint Bay by catamaran, and much more. Continue reading
Devlin, our Duty Manager at Wyndham Hotel Melbourne, shared this Mother’s Day story:
I had the fortunate pleasure of meeting the Gleeson family on their most recent trip to the newly opened Wyndham Hotel Melbourne (VIC). Normally the family books a hotel room at Crown Casino to all come together to share Mother’s Day and celebrate Michelle’s Birthday.
When the Gleeson family found out that Wyndham Hotel Melbourne was open, they booked the 3-Bedroom Grand apartment for the occasion.
After chatting with Michelle I realised that there were 4 generations under one room sharing in the Mother’s Day celebrations. I was so surprised and excited (possibly a little too excited) that I immediately offered to come up and take a photo for them so that they could have it for the album. Michelle was a bit hesitant at first saying that they would all be in their pyjamas. I jokingly said are they all wearing snuggies and Michelle replied yes. That was it, we had to capture this moment and Michelle said she would go up and speak to the rest of the gang.
Moments later I got a call and Michelle invited me up to take the family photo:
